Job Description

  • Introduce Partnership Program to WideBot showcasing different partners’ types: Marketplace, reseller, inversots, SaaS partners (ecosystem and agency model),platform and channel’s partners
  • Complete partners processes and procedures.
  • Build partners/WidBot responsibility matrix based on partnership process and stages.
  • Plan partnership’s tiers based on each partner type
  • Assign KPIs per each partner’s type.
  • Implement AP for outbound partnership
  • Plan and execute Partnership retention through AP with WideBot business and technology members
  • Improve partner’s outreach to WideBot with the support of marketing
  • Follow up on partners' performances on HubSpot.
  • Plan and present weekly and monthly reports of partners performances to the Head of business and partnership and also to partners
  • Align with the BDM to support reseller and alliance partners in their business approaches to clients
  • Align with the pre-sales consultant to conduct professional onboarding through pre sales trainings, mini videos, sales kit, technical documentation, price packages, etc.
  • Liaison with the technical team with respect to channel and technology partners requirements
  • Monitor partners KPIs and performances through CRM
  • Conduct Weekly and monthly meetings with partners

Job Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • A master degree is a plus
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as strategic partnership or proven track of partnership professionality with previous SaaS startups/IT companies
  • Exceptional outbound marketing/sales techniques and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills
