Job Description

  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by engaging, managing, and developing contacts within different B2B clients.
  • Achieve sales targets and perform professionally to achieve WideBot sales KPIs
  • Responsible for generating revenue within a defined region or vertical market
  • Maintain working relationships with existing clients to guarantee exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities
  • Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage the sales cycle to close new business in all service categories offered
  • Possess in-depth SaaS product knowledge and be able to conduct demos
  • Prepare professional, complete, concise, and accurate reports, proposals, Price structure, and other documentation as required for executive-level presentations
  • Build sales proposals alongside the BDM and product team
  • Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers, often utilizing product demos and presentations
  • Has the professionality to maintain clients and keep a high client retention of existing clients
  • Be able to perform an up/cross selling to existing clients through proposing scalable solution and implementation iterations.
  • Coordinate with other sales members to ensure company KPIs and standards are being met, performing market research and regular competitor monitoring
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information

Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years in sales within a software company.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence
  • Ability to make focused efforts to close deals. The ideal candidate should be strategy-driven with a research-based approach
  • Proven sales development experience, preferably at a startup or SaaS industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales KPIs
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
