Job Description

  • You will grow Widebot’s business by understanding our customers’ needs and crafting messaging, content, and acquisition strategies to target them. You will know our buyers better than they know themselves, including how they make their buying decisions
  • You’ll be a voice for the customer and the market and work with product management to build a winning product
  • As a great storyteller, you’ll develop brand and product narratives that resonate with our audiences; and you’ll lead product naming, positioning, and messaging
  • You and the Product Marketing team will be product evangelists that play an integral role in organizing go-to-market product launches. You’ll be in charge of automating the buyer journey from first touch to happy-and-retained customer
  • Lead a team providing direction on priorities, goals and objectives and create an environment that encourages personal growth and operational excellence
  • Be a driving force for progress and achievement of program goals by aligning teams with a clear definition of success
  • You will help design and implement a marketing content strategy with a good cadence of studies, research, impactful data driven blog posts and develop quantitative content performance goals and content quality standards
  • The above isn’t guesswork but rather strategic insights backed up with market evidence that is used to drive the development of positioning and messaging that resonates with buyers and empowers our marketing channels to be successful

Job Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years experience with min 2 years in related field
  • Deep experience with broad product marketing, having led, managed, and grown teams
  • Firm understanding of SaaS business, preferably working within a high-volume, self-serve SaaS company, experience of eCommerce would be an advantage
  • A data-driven approach to marketing, demonstrating strong analytical skills as well as passion for product analysis, competitive analysis, and market dynamics
  • Exceptional communication skills, with a track record of building successful relationships across global teams
  • Ability to strategically set team goals and work cross-functionally to drive employees towards a single, unified direction
  • Superpower to present complex material both to technical teams as well as to consumers in a differentiated way that relates to each audience
  • Excellent creative skills that will facilitate the differentiation of the product
  • Track record of launching and scaling products and new businesses
  • Bachelor's degree Computer Science, Marketing or equivalent
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Experience with SEO and SEM Strong written, verbal, and collaboration skills
