• How do you calculate bot users?

  A page user is counted as a bot user after his first interaction with the bot in all channels, You can have up to 100 users per bot on Free plan. Upgrade to Basic, Pro or premium to have more.

• Can someone build the bot for me?

  Yes, You can request to hire an expert to build the conversation for you, check here for more details

• What's an add-on?

  If you need an extra quota for one of the features, you can add it to the plan with extra fees

• What is an AI skill?

  A skill is a pre-trained AI model that understands phrases of a specific industry in a certain language dialect to offer your users a haman-like experience away from the conventional boring auto-reply messages. • What are the available plans?

  WideBot provides Free, Basic, Pro and Premium plans, you can check the plans’ features from here, if you’re looking for extra features, contact us for enterprise solution

• How can I cancel my subscription? And what are the policies?

  You can cancel your plan at any time from your bot settings, you’ll enjoy your current plan until the end of the billing cycle then you’ll no longer be billed.

• Do I have to activate my monthly plan every month?

  No, by default once you activate a plan, it’ll automatically be reactivated every month.

• What types of payment do you accept?

  We accept all types of credit and debit cards.

• What if my payment has failed?

  If your payment has failed, we’ll notify you to check the problem and we’ll make 4 attempts to charge within a month. If all attempts have failed, your bot will be returned to the free plan.
  

• How can I redeem my coupon?

  When you upgrade your plan, while confirming your payment method, you can click on “Have a coupon?” and enter your coupon code. The coupon discount will be applied to your payment amount.

• Can I change my payment method?

  Yes, you can change your payment method from Account Settings. From your bot settings just click edit and add your new payment method credentials.
  

• When will the payment be charged to my credit card?

  If you’re subscribed to a monthly plan, you’ll be charged on the same day of the first day you’ve subscribed eg: if you’ve subscribed 5-5-2019, you’ll be charged again 5-6-2019
  The charge will be based on your bot’s current number of reachable users and added addons. On the next billing cycle, the price will be adjusted according to last month’s usage or users and addons

• How is the plan price calculated?

  The price of the summation of the plan flat fees that give you access to all plan features in addition to 0.01$ per extra users if you have enabled pay as you go plus any additional addons prices.
  For example: if you are on the Basic plan (2000 free users), but you ave 3000 users, you will pay: $15+($0.01*1000 (the extra users))= $25

• Where do I find my invoice?

  You can find your monthly invoices in your bot’s settings. You’ll also receive a receipt by mail for each successful payment

• Can someone help me with JSON API integration?

• What if I want more quota without upgrading to a higher plan?

  You can add addons only if you have a paid plan.

• Can you turn off getting paid for extra users?

  Yes, you can turn off the pay as you go from you bot settings

• What if I turned off Pay As you Go for the plan after it already started to count the extra users?

  No problem, you will only get paid for the max number of users you have reached when the pay as you go was turned on

• Do you have WhatsApp bot?

  Yes, you can connect your bot to Whatsapp in any of our paid plans

• Do I need to a verified Facebook Business Manager id to have a WhatsApp bot or can you do it for me?
